1. What we use

We use two kinds of client-side storage: cookies set by the platform or by our payment and advertising partners, and browser storage (local storage / session storage) written by the application itself.

2. Strictly necessary

• Authentication: your signed-in session is stored by our authentication provider so you stay logged in across pages.
• Unlock progress: the current step of an unlock session, the single-use token issued at the end and the ad-free entitlement state.
• Security and anti-abuse: device and session identifiers used to detect link bypassers, automated traffic and duplicate completions.
• Payments: Stripe sets cookies during Checkout to process the payment and to protect against fraud.

These cannot be switched off in the product, because unlocking links, signing in and paying would stop working.

3. Advertising

Unlock pages display advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may set cookies or read advertising identifiers to serve, cap and measure ads. Ad revenue is what funds creator earnings on free unlocks.

You can review and change Google's advertising settings at adssettings.google.com. Buying an ad-free pass removes ad steps for the duration of the pass.

4. Managing storage

Every browser lets you delete cookies and site data or block them for a specific site. Blocking storage for Nexora Links will sign you out, reset unlock progress and can make ad-free entitlements unavailable on that device.

5. Ad blockers

Because free unlocks are paid for by advertising, unlock pages ask you to disable ad blockers. If you prefer not to see ads, an ad-free pass is available instead.
