Nexora Links respects intellectual property. We do not host destination files or pages — users create links that point to content stored elsewhere — but we do remove links to infringing material once we are notified.

1. What we can act on

We can deactivate a Nexora link so it no longer resolves and no longer earns. We cannot remove the file or page at the destination; that requires a notice to the hosting provider of that destination.

2. Sending a takedown notice

Email nexora@nexoralink.best with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

Identification of the copyrighted work you own or represent.
The complete Nexora link (and, if known, the destination URL) you are asking us to disable.
Your name, organisation, postal address, email address and telephone number.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf, under penalty of perjury.
Your physical or electronic signature.

3. What happens next

Complete notices are reviewed within 2 business days.
Valid notices lead to immediate deactivation of the reported link.
Earnings generated by the deactivated link may be withheld or reversed while the claim is open.
The user who created the link is informed of the deactivation and of the substance of the claim.

4. Counter-notice

If your link was disabled and you believe this was a mistake or a misidentification, reply from the account's email address with a counter-notice containing the disabled link, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the link was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the operator's registered seat. We may restore the link if the claimant does not pursue the matter further.

5. Repeat infringers

Accounts that accumulate repeated valid copyright notices are suspended and then terminated. Pending earnings on terminated accounts that were generated by infringing links are forfeited.

6. Abuse of this process

Knowingly false notices are themselves unlawful and may make you liable for damages and costs. Notices sent only to remove competing content will be rejected.
