Payout Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

This policy describes how an available balance on Nexora Links is withdrawn, how requests are reviewed, and when a request can be rejected.

1. What can be withdrawn

Only the available balance can be withdrawn. Pending earnings must mature first, as described in the Earnings Policy. Wallet credit bought with a card is not a creator balance and cannot be withdrawn.

2. Requirements

  • A signed-in account in good standing, with no open fraud review or unresolved abuse report.
  • A saved payout method with accurate, complete details that belong to the account holder.
  • An available balance at or above the minimum withdrawal amount shown in the withdrawal dialog.

3. Payout methods

You add and manage payout methods in your account. Payouts are sent only to a method registered in your own name — third-party accounts are refused. If the details are wrong or the receiving account rejects the transfer, the amount is returned to your available balance and any fee charged to us is deducted.

4. Review and timing

  • Requests are queued for manual review after submission.
  • Standard review takes up to 5 business days; requests flagged by risk scoring take longer.
  • Once approved, the transfer time depends on the payout method and the receiving institution.
  • Every status change is visible in your withdrawal history.

5. Rejection and holds

A request can be rejected or put on hold when:

  • Part of the balance came from invalid traffic or from links breaching the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • The payout details are incomplete, mismatched or not verifiable.
  • The account is under investigation, suspended or banned.
  • We are required to hold the funds by law or by a payment partner.

A rejected request returns the eligible part of the balance to your account. The reason is shown in your withdrawal history.

6. Fees, currency and taxes

Balances are held in EUR. Any fee charged by the receiving provider or by currency conversion is borne by you. You are responsible for declaring and paying tax on amounts received.

7. Closed accounts

If you close your account, request the available balance first. Balances on accounts terminated for breaching the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy are forfeited.

8. Payout support

Contact nexora@nexoralink.best with the request date and amount if a payout is delayed beyond the times above.
