Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

Everything sold on Nexora Links is a digital product delivered immediately: ad-free passes, Premium, wallet credit and link promotion. This policy explains when a refund is possible.

1. Immediate delivery and consent

At checkout you ask for immediate access and you acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content is lost once delivery has started. An ad-free pass, a Premium period or a promotion slot begins the moment the payment is confirmed.

2. When we do refund

  • You were charged twice for the same purchase.
  • The payment succeeded but the entitlement was never granted and we cannot repair it.
  • A technical fault on our side made the purchased benefit unusable for a significant part of its duration.
  • The charge was not authorised by you and the card issuer or we confirm it as fraudulent.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

3. When we do not refund

  • You changed your mind after the pass, Premium period or promotion started.
  • You did not use the remaining time of an active pass or promotion.
  • You bought wallet credit and later spent it — spent credit is not refundable.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated for breaching the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • You are unhappy with a destination published by another user; report the link instead.

4. Wallet credit

Unspent wallet credit can be refunded within 14 days of the top-up, provided none of it has been used. Once any part of a top-up is spent, that top-up is final.

5. How to request a refund

Email nexora@nexoralink.best from the address on your account with the date, the amount and what you bought. We answer within 2 business days and settle approved refunds within 10 business days; how quickly the money appears then depends on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — most cases are resolved faster directly. Accounts with an unresolved chargeback are restricted until the dispute is closed.
