These Terms of Service set out the rules for using Nexora Links, available athttps://nexoralinks.com (hereinafter the "Service"). The Service is operated by Nexora Links. Contact: support@nexoralinks.com.
By using the Service, the User fully accepts the provisions of these Terms. Anyone who does not accept the Terms should stop using the Service.
Registration is free and voluntary. Creating an Account requires a valid email address or signing in via a supported identity provider (e.g. Google).
The User agrees to provide accurate information and protect their login credentials. Creating fake accounts, taking over other users' accounts, and reselling accounts are prohibited.
It is prohibited to publish links leading to content that:
It is prohibited to artificially generate traffic, clicks, or ad impressions, or to use bots, proxies, and other tools intended to circumvent the Service's mechanisms.
The Creator receives a share of the ad revenue generated by traffic on their links, as well as revenue from ad-free access purchases, according to the current rate shown in the dashboard.
Revenue is subject to an approval period (up to 30 days) to verify traffic quality. Traffic deemed invalid (fraudulent) is rejected and is not eligible for payout.
Payout is made once the minimum threshold is reached (default 50 EUR) to the PayPal account or bank account specified by the Creator. The Operator reserves the right to withhold payout in case of reasonable suspicion of a Terms violation.
The Service displays ads from third-party advertising networks. Visitors may alternatively purchase one-time or recurring ad-free access, if the Creator has enabled that option.
The Service is not responsible for the content of ads delivered by partner networks. Please report complaints about specific ads to support@nexoralinks.com.
The Service acts as a technical intermediary. The Creator alone is responsible for the destination content that links lead to. The Service is not liable for damages resulting from the use of destination content or from the Service's unavailability due to causes beyond the Operator's control.
The Operator strives to keep the Service running continuously, but does not guarantee 100% availability or fixed monetization rates.
Any User can report a link that violates the Terms via the "Report link" form or by emailingsupport@nexoralinks.com. The Operator reviews reports promptly, no later than within 14 days.
In case of a Terms violation, the Operator may: hide the link, suspend the Account, void accrued revenue, and - in cases of legal violations - share data with law enforcement authorities.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an electronic service agreement within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason. This right does not apply to services fully performed with the User's explicit consent (e.g. a purchased one-time ad-free access, once consumed).
Complaints should be sent to support@nexoralinks.comwith a description of the situation and Account details. A response is provided within 14 days.
The Operator may amend these Terms. Changes take effect 7 days after being published on the site and Users are notified by email (if an address was provided). Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new version.
Matters not covered herein are governed by Polish law and European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office, unless consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
